User License Agreement for Access to JADAKOI.com digital content & membership 

PLEASE READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING A DIGITAL FILE & BECOMING A MEMBER

 

VIEWERSHIP / SUBJECTIVE OBJECTIVE

1. The quality of pictures or video may vary to high or lower quality. Medias can be taken by cellular or higher end devices for jpg images; videos vary in size & quality to 4K video recording at 24 fps, 30 fps or 60 fps; 1080p & HD videos.

The photos are exclusive & viewed only to the sole client. Certain images or videos viewed as subjective but will comply with an objective perspective to the viewer or client. The potential for discrepancies between features of the subject’s perceptual impressions, is an experience to expect the unexpected; within a never before seen content. 

Some images & videos may not look as they appear.  Some photos or videos may look different than the expectation of the viewer, however the content should look like the preview given before purchase. There are cover photos that show previews of the digital content with watermarks. Product detailed descriptions of quantity, quality, length of the content & format. 

Watermarking, each individual photo may have a watermark, owned by Jadakoi.com. There are no refunds or exchanges with merchandise & digital content, after purchase.  

 

DIGITAL STORE, FILES OR DOWNLOADS 

 

1. JADAKOI.com (the COMPANY) agrees to deliver the digital file(s) to you (the CLIENT) on the condition that the CLIENT accepts the following Terms of Use (“Agreement”). By downloading the digital file, the CLIENT accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which constitute a legal agreement between the CLIENT and Jadakoi.com. If the CLIENT does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, they should not download the digital file(s). 

 

Agreed with terms then once the digital file(s) is(are) downloaded and received by the CLIENT, there are no refunds or exchanges for the digital downloads will be given, except as may be necessitated by a technical issue. See below section D, D1, D2, D3, D4

 

MEMBERSHIPS 

1. Memberships on JADAKOI.COM include an access to digital based content(s) feed with media of video(s) & photo(s). They are only granted access for a period of time that the CLIENT has purchased until they have renewed the membership. Login in & off access with a username & password, contact support (jadakoi.direct@gmai.com)

 

Agreed with terms then once, the membership is(are) received & accessed by the CLIENT, there are no refunds or exchanges, except as may be necessitated by a technical issue. See below section D, D1, D2, D3, D4 

 

Subscriptions & Purchases 

1.  In order to view User Content or utilize Fan Interaction on jadakoi.com, you must first add a payment card to your account. Your payment card details will be passed to a Payment Provider which will take payment from your payment card and pay it.

 

 Depending on your use of Jadakoi.com the Payment Provider will take monthly payments or will take payments for  purchases such as Fan Interaction or misc. purchases. However, you may cancel the monthly payments at any time.

 

If you cancel your monthly payments you will continue to be permitted to view the Creator's User Content until the end of the existing billing period, after which no further payments will be taken from your payment card and you will no longer be able to view the relevant Creator’s User Content.

 

 

 

TERMS OF USE 

C. License The jadakoi.com hereby grants the CLIENT a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the digital file & membership for their sole, private and non-commercial use. The photos are exclusive & viewed only to the sole client.

 

Under no circumstances is the CLIENT permitted to reproduce, share or distribute all or part of any file(s) media(s) for external or commercial use or for use in any other site or group of sites. It is prohibited to share, duplicate exclusive content on any outside (sites) The CLIENT may not impersonate, sell, duplicate, sublicense, lease, rent, modify, merge, adapt, Translate, assign or otherwise transfer any of the digital file or parts of the file, or remove any proprietary notice, watermark, or label appearing on the file, including any copyright and trademark notices.

1. Authorized Use A. The digital file is and remains copyright of the Jadakoi.com, all digital content for memberships or digital downloads are for sole personal use only. Under no circumstances is the CLIENT permitted to reproduce or distribute all or part of any files for external or commercial use.

 

2. The content, organization, graphics, banners, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, text, logos, images, videos, sounds, promotional material, information, documents, or other materials, (collectively and separately referred to as “Material” or the “Materials”) and other matters related to the Website are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Website, except as allowed under “Limited Right to Use” below, is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any Materials viewed or obtained through the Website. The posting by Jadakoi.com of Materials on the Website does not constitute a waiver of any right in and to such Materials.

 

3.MCA Takedown Notice which uses stipulations laid out in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. (DMCA). This Act directly addresses the take down of (copyright) infringed content from a website which is publishing content in violation of copyright protection act or content being used without permission or not in accordance to the sworn statement of the content owner. Further Actions may be taken if the Terms of use are violated. 

 

4. Intellectual Property All intellectual property contained within the digital file, membership and all copyrights, ownership and other rights therein are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Jadakoi.com. The Jadakoi.com reserves the right to change file or policy settings, permissions, prices, discounts and modes of access on subsequent file downloads & membership at its discretion without prior notice.

 

5. A termination or ban from the membership account or from using the site, if The CLIENT has violated private policies, fraudulent activities see section D. 1, spam or harassment(s), suppression(s) will end as a result of termination of account(s), & non refundable of money(s). All data from the account will be deleted with or without notice. If the clients are banned from the sites & purchase merchandise the money will be received back to the customer. 

 

 

 

D. There are no refunds for digital downloads, merchandise or memberships

Once the digital file is downloaded or membership has been received or purchased by the

CLIENT, no refunds or exchanges for any digital downloads or memberships will be given. 

 

Only exceptions may be necessitated by a technical issue by further inspection for refunds, exchanges or discounts. 

 

1. Fraudulent activities & scams are a crime, the account(s) made will be closed to the user. The activities will be reported to the credit or bank companies along to the authority after inspecting fraudulent activity. Unauthorized Third parties payments that are not purchased directly from jadakoi.com will not be accepted.

 

2. Claims - Chargeback dispute process 

After purchasing any product physical or digital cannot be refunded after purchase. A chargeback occurs when a cardholder requests their bank to reverse a credit card charge that has been posted to their account.

The company Jadakoi.com will respond immediately & take preemptive measures to ensure we are providing the best purchasing experience for our consumers. After a dispute or chargeback has been made by the customer, we will provide proof of delivery, accurately of description of evidence.

There are multiple reasons why customers might do this, including buyer's remorse, dissatisfaction with products or services provided, or simple confusion about the proper refund process. Section A, a1

3. PERSONAL, PAYMENT & CREDIT CARD INFORMATION 

All personal details that you provide to our website are safe, private & secure. Secure e-commerce provider handles your personal information payment methods, we use square space that is in charge of payment administration. We cannot access your credit card or banking information. Your personal information (excluding credit card data) is shared with us only for administration purposes.  If you are having credit card, banking or payment issues please contact your bank or the e-commerce administration                 .
